I am His Temple

After Jesus offered Himself as the final sacrifice, the Holy Spirit came to indwell His people.  With this, God's Spirit moved from being in man-made buildings to "His made men."

Be Like Jesus

Jesus tells us to forgive, as we have been forgiven and to love one another, just as He loves us.

Fathers

God pours out to all creation His unfailing love, but, just like our earthly fathers, it is His children who obey Him whom which He blesses.  Even if you have sinned against Him, turn back to Jesus and He will forgive you and accept you!

Respecting the Gift

Through Jesus, we are given the Gift of everlasting life with Him. But, "...if we go on sinning willfully, after receiving the knowledge of truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins."  [Hebrews 10:26]

Go all the Way!

We serve a covenant keeping God and what He declares to one--He gives to all.   When the Holy Spirit gives direction or instructions...GO ALL THE WAY, keeping His Word to the end!

Remembering the Fallen

Memorial Day is the time declared by our nation to remember those who fought for our freedoms that we cherish.  But, let us not forgot our brothers and sisters who have died sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

You Must Be Born Again

Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God."   ..."I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.  So don't be surprised when I say, you must be born again."  [John 3:3, 5-7]

Mothers can change the future

Even though we may not understand God's plan at the time, we must trust in what He tells us through His Word in Jer 29:11.   Just as Moses' mother, Jochebed, trusted the Lord and placed her son in a basket and sent him into uncertainty, we must also have  faith that Jesus will guide us through our trying times.

God is Love

Since the Garden of Eden, God has given mankind the freedom to choose our own way whether that choice pleases Him or not.  God tells us that He "is slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness, BUT will by no means clear the guilty." [Num 14:18]   However, He [Jesus] who knew no sin, became sin for us, so we could become the righteousness of God. [2Cor 5:21]
