Lion Taming (pt 2)

Remember, the only way to win against satan is to call upon the Word of God.  For not even the angels can defeat satan, without the Blood of Jesus.

Lion Taming

The Bible says that "the devil prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour." [1Pet 5:8] It is only when we draw closer to God and have faith in Jesus Christ that the devil can be resisted.

It's a two way street...

God wants to "...throw open the floodgates of Heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." [Mal 3:8]   But in order for us to receive this, we must willfully give Him what is already commanded.

Wanted. Reward Offered.

WANTED: for all mankind to seek first the Kingdom of God

REWARD: all your needs and Heavenly Crowns

God will use YOU!

No matter who you are or what your past is, when you believe in the words of Jesus Christ and accept Him as your Lord and Savior, you become a new creation.  In being that new creation, God will use you to spread His word.

Get Focused

Don't focus on what the world says you've lost, focus on what Jesus says you'll gain!

I am His Temple

After Jesus offered Himself as the final sacrifice, the Holy Spirit came to indwell His people.  With this, God's Spirit moved from being in man-made buildings to "His made men."

Be Like Jesus

Jesus tells us to forgive, as we have been forgiven and to love one another, just as He loves us.

Fathers

God pours out to all creation His unfailing love, but, just like our earthly fathers, it is His children who obey Him whom which He blesses.  Even if you have sinned against Him, turn back to Jesus and He will forgive you and accept you!

Respecting the Gift

Through Jesus, we are given the Gift of everlasting life with Him. But, "...if we go on sinning willfully, after receiving the knowledge of truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins."  [Hebrews 10:26]
